• Inspection/Diagnosis: Knowing how to fix faulty air conditioning requires a component inspection and diagnosis. A certified technician starts by considering the performance deficiency and symptoms reported by the customer. We inspect the involved components to determine the root cause and recommend repair to restore factory specifications.
• A/C Recharge: Air conditioning requires pressurized refrigerant changing states from gas to liquid, removing heat from the air. Pressurized refrigerant can leak from the system and require recharge service to restore capacity. A/C recharge service often reveals a damaged part requiring repair to prevent future leaks.
• Compressor: The compressor pressurizes the refrigerant and moves it from the condenser to the evaporator. Compressors can wear out with use and have pulleys susceptible to bearing depreciation. We can replace the pulley to restore performance or replace the compressor if needed.
• Condenser: The condenser collects undesirable heat. Condensers can get clogged with leftover particles and get damaged. We clean dirty condensers and replace those beyond repair.
• Evaporator: The evaporator is a radiator that provides cold air. It can get clogged and require cleaning or damage and require replacement.
• High and Low-Pressure Lines: Pressure lines guide refrigerant to and from the compressor. The lines can experience loose connections, abrasions, cuts, and tears requiring repair.
• Cabin Air Filter: Clogged filters restrict airflow from the blower motor into the cabin. Reduced airflow at the vents is the telltale sign of clogged cabin air filters due for replacement.
