A pleasant service experience for an unexpected defective battery. Cassandra and her co-workers at the service desk were extremely friendly and accommodating! It has been a joy to get my Bronco serviced at Stivers.

Highly recommend Stivers Ford of Birmingham. Literally can’t say enough great things about my experience. Starting with the initial interest regarding a 2024 Bronco via email and then speaking with Daniel. He answered a lot of questions on the phone and then set up a time for me to come in and look at what I was interested in. Initially I had my mind set on a soft top Black Diamond Bronco with 35 inch tires. I had driven one at another dealership, but that particular dealership was not transparent regarding pricing, etc. I let Daniel know that I was on my way and he assured me that he would pull some inventory to have ready for me to drive. When I arrived, he had done exactly that. He spent SEVERAL hours with me, answering all my questions, walking me all over the lot, searching inventory, showing me how to take soft tops and hard tops off the Broncos (and this was before I bought anything). He was extremely patient, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. As we sat down when I was ready to make a final decision, but still conflicted regarding soft top vs hard top, the sales manager, Justin, came out and introduced himself to me. He was extremely transparent and professional as well. He let me know that he would do his best to get me what I wanted even if they didn’t have it on the lot. However, I wanted to leave with a purchased Bronco that night. Both Justin and Daniel made that happen and gave me a great deal on my purchase. At no point was I pressured, given empty promises, or deceived over any step in the process. The entire team stayed many hours after the dealership closed to make sure I was taken care of. If you are in the market for a Bronco, or any vehicle that this dealership offers, I would highly recommend that you visit Stivers Ford of Birmingham!

We had a crazy situation with the truck we had originally bought. Greg Cooks and Troy Peeples worked hard on getting the truck fixed/cleaned up but the dog smell wouldn’t leave. They got me into the Bronco I wanted the whole time????.
