Asher Shurafa

Asher Shurafa is hands down the best Finance Directors I’ve worked with. He made the entire process simple, quick, and easy. His attention to detail and ability to break everything down in a way that’s easy to understand really stood out to me. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. He worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible. If you’re looking for someone who’s honest, efficient, and goes the extra mile, Asher is your guy. Highly recommend! 5 star all the way!

I called to see if a Ford Bronco was available. They transferred me to Ethan. Ethan confirmed availability and told me that he would send me a video, which he did. I got off work, drove to Birmingham and Ethan had the vehicle waiting. I ended up switching to a different color and we started working on the deal. Blake with Finance helped and even though it was almost time for them to close, I never felt rushed or like they didn’t want to help me. They had to run a software update on the Bronco and detail it so I wasn’t able to drive it home that night; however, they loaned me one and told me they would finalize everything in the morning and deliver the vehicle to me. Asher with Finance called me the next day because Blake was off and made the transaction so smooth. I signed everything virtually. Ethan delivered my Bronco and picked up the check. It was a very smooth process and everybody was extremely nice to us.

From start to finish this was an excellent buying experience. Our salesman Brad Kozusko had the Explorer we picked out ready for us to test drive when we got there. When it came to discussion on numbers he was very upfront on what they could and couldn't do. After a few back and forth pricing haggles we reached a deal we were happy with. Asher the finance manager walked us through our paperwork and warranty options and we decided on what we wanted for our out the door total. I found the perfect car on Car Gurus, listed by Stivers Ford Birmingham. I contacted the dealership and they responded right away. Shelby was my first point of contact, and she was incredibly helpful. She then connected me with Autumn, who was so insightful and accommodating with facilitating the sale of the vehicle. I am out of state, so I wasn’t sure how everything would go, but this was the easiest transaction with buying a car I have ever experienced. Asher helped with my official paperwork and he made sure I was informed with the warranties and anything else related to the vehicle. My bride and I were blessed Saturday, May '25 , with a 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium (see picture of vehicle looking good in my driveway)! Drove to Birmingham with the intent to purchase a '24 Mach-E Premium. Became a little sour on the '24 because I could not use my "Ford Salute To The Troops" discount or receive the Ford home power station. So I continued looking for a deal while enroute. One of my friends told me to check out Stivers. Fantastic recommendation! Met Sparky the sales associate. Wonderful human being. Treated my bride and I like long time friends. Sparky is a veteran like the two of us. We initially could not get on the same sheet with the numbers. I was not desperate because I still had the '24 Mach-E in play. Both vehicles were identical except the manufacture year (and the perks). At this point, Sparky stepped away and returned with Greg. Greg (Sales Director) was wonderful. He listened to our plight. Greg and Sparky stepped away again. Greg returned with a heck of a compromise concerning the price. A deal was made! Finally met with Asher (Finance Manager), another veteran. Things went smoothly. My wife and I went into Stivers Ford of Birmingham on Saturday, November 30, 2024 looking to buy a new Bronco Wildtrak (a spectacular vehicle by the way). When we got there, we met with Joey Rigsby. From that point on, our experience was fantastic. Joey was not only incredibly personable and friendly, we got along with him really well, but also highly knowledgeable about the Bronco we were there to see. He could answer every question we had without hesitation, which makes car buying so much less stressful. There were also numerous documents we didn't have with us, and he helped us work around that so we didn't have to leave and come back. Once we got to the financing stage, we worked with Asher Shurafa. Asher was also excellent. He was able to get us through the process efficiently, and provided us with the exact information we needed to protect our new Bronco, long-term. I'm an attorney, so I'm sure I wasted a lot of his time reading contract documents that most people just sign and move on, but he never fussed or got upset. Perhaps the best part of the buying experience however, has come after we concluded our business. We needed to order steps because they didn't come on the vehicle. We got those ordered through parts and service. I had questions about installation several days later, and other preventative treatments we needed to do. Joey was right there to help. He texted with me to figure out exactly what we needed, and then took the initiative to get it all figured out with parts and service departments to get everything taken care of in the same day. He is even getting our rental car figured out for the day the service is being done. This is far and away the best car buying experience I have had. When I'm ready to buy another vehicle, I will insist that Joey and Asher be the guys to help me out. Well done, Stivers Ford. You have won my business long-term.

Stivers Ford is a great place to purchase a vehicle. From the start they were transparent and honest. They are willing to work with you and for you to find the vehicle you need. Keeman was fantastic to work with and Asher in finance wraps up the whole deal and makes it simple. Sales Manager Greg has a wealth of knowledge and knows how to run a sales team. My sales person Blake did a wonderful job getting me into the vehicle I needed. I come to look at Rangers and once I test drove one it wasn’t the truck for me. He suggested the F150 and I thought that was outta my price range. He then worked with me along with the sales manager Justin, to get me out of my overpriced trade and into the truck I wanted. It took nearly a week of working out the details and Asher in finance was able to get me the deal I needed to make it work! The entire team at the dealership was on it, everyone was always smiling and kept me engaged in the process. They’ve earned my business for life!
