Just purchased a 2025 Explorer which I had not been able to do anywhere else due to substantial negative equity. Both Blake in Sales and Blake in management made this possible. Both were supportive as I was worried about wasting my time and theirs because we were shown horrid numbers before coming to Stivers. They both were supportive regarding my feral kids i had with me the whole time too as my children kept acting up. Blake the manager got them paper to color to help occupy them. Let's not leave out the great finance guy J Cheatwood for being super clear with all my finance related questions. I have had bad experiences with the finance departments before at dealerships (always trying to sneak extra unnecessary expenses in) but this wasn't the case here. He gave me the breakdown every step of the way and made sure I understood and was comfortable with what was going on. This WHOLE process was a bit long but so worth it in the end.

Blake helped me get my Mustang charged even after he put in a very long Saturday for him as he was leaving after I encountered an apparent glitch with the network. First glitch ever and he saved the day!

My experience with Blake Lawson today was beyond anything you could ever imagine. His communication skills and definitely his patience is something we can all learn from. I am appalled by my own shortcomings to handle setbacks in life; but he, remained very calm and still made things happen for us.
