BRANDON!!! at Stivers Ford was so incredibly kind and helpful. I came in for an inspection before a long road trip (just in case) and it turned out the tread on my tires was shot. Not ONCE did he try to charge me more for new tires or convince me to pay for any add-ons. He was honest and shared his personal recommendations that he shares with his wife and daughters too. I am so appreciative for his advice AND the fact that he stayed late to get the work done before I left for my trip. I’m moving to Birmingham later this month and am SO looking forward to return to Stivers and trust Brandon with my car and future maintenance.

Brandon was great about finding the right vehicle for us. The whole crew was helpful and making sure that we got what we wanted. Everyone was friendly.

Brandon Montgomery was great, He was extremely helpful. I purchased my vehicle online and was able to complete the entire process before even going to the dealership. I only spent thirty minutes at the dealership. If you are in the Birmingham area or close enough to drive, it is a location to visit to purchase your next Ford vehicle. We will return to trade my husband's truck in.

My experience at Stivers today (8/22/24), was a knock out experience. The atmosphere was pleasant and all of the workers were kind and pleasant. My sales manager. Mr. Brandon Montgomery was just like one of my children. I love a Ford vehicle and I do know that God blessed me today to rejoin the family again. Thank you God and the entire Stiver Family. Adding on to this review as I cannot write a new one - CASSANDRA in the service department was amazing. She communicated everything, she was quick and helpful and not once did I feel like I was being ripped off. She made an effort to be so personable with me, as did everyone in the service department. Saying hello frequently and ensuring I was being helped at all times. Can’t wait to go back and see them for the rest of my service needs. Brandon at Stivers Ford was extremely helpful in assisting me. He helped identify the issue with my Ford Fiesta, was considerate of my time, and honest in the assessment of the issue concerning price and time needed to fix.
