I dealt with Cassandra in the Service Department. She was very polite and very professional. I would recommend Stiver's Ford to anyone. If I could have one thing, it would be to disable the Auto Start function. That can't be done by a Ford dealership. I understand because I work for a medical device manufacturer myself and I understand modifications aren't allowed. I understand there's after-market solutions, but I was hoping while the technician was re-programming my module, he/she could disconnect that button. Oh well, worth a shot but Cassandra was great.

Great customer service in the service department. I don't remember all of their names, but Nicole and Cassandra were helpful, as were the other 3 or 4 employees I dealt with. Free new loaner while they found discontinued parts for my 2010. Will continue to use Stivers for all of my future vehicle needs.

I appreciate Cassandra and the service staff at Stivers Ford in getting my car fixed and keeping me informed on everything that was going on throughout the time it was there.

Cassandra was awesome! She was attentive and very courteous. She made my experience quite pleasant. I will be returning but hopefully not for another service repair LOL

Cassandra in the service department is awesome. She handled our emergency situation on a Friday night, minutes before closing time, with the utmost care, concern, and professionalism. Communication was perfect throughout the diagnosis process. We ultimately ended up having to tow our Expedition 2 hours home (she assisted with that as well) for numerous reasons, but I'd use this facility again simply because of Cassandra Numnum. Great job.

A pleasant service experience for an unexpected defective battery. Cassandra and her co-workers at the service desk were extremely friendly and accommodating! It has been a joy to get my Bronco serviced at Stivers.

Adding on to this review as I cannot write a new one - CASSANDRA in the service department was amazing. She communicated everything, she was quick and helpful and not once did I feel like I was being ripped off. She made an effort to be so personable with me, as did everyone in the service department. Saying hello frequently and ensuring I was being helped at all times. Can’t wait to go back and see them for the rest of my service needs. BRANDON!!! at Stivers Ford was so incredibly kind and helpful. I came in for an inspection before a long road trip (just in case) and it turned out the tread on my tires was shot. Not ONCE did he try to charge me more for new tires or convince me to pay for any add-ons. He was honest and shared his personal recommendations that he shares with his wife and daughters too. I am so appreciative for his advice AND the fact that he stayed late to get the work done before I left for my trip. I’m moving to Birmingham later this month and am SO looking forward to return to Stivers and trust Brandon with my car and future maintenance.
