Team work! Quentin Watkins is a cut through the chase and solve to get it done deal Professional. Didn't sit and wait, there was constant movement on making the purchase happen. on his day off he came in to check on my used car vehicle delivery. the finance guy Cody was meticulous and fast. our Ford was in for service at the same time and the Service area was a well running fluid team. Ralph, Caitlin and the guys who took in and brought out my vehicle were super polite and meticulous. Definitely coming back for my big girl Truck.

Love love love my new Bronco! Krysta went ABSOLUTELY above and beyond to meet our wants and needs! It took us a few days, but Krysta did not give up on getting us the deal and vehicle we were searching for. Cody made the signing process quick and enjoyable. Which was unlike any other dealership I have ever experienced. Can’t leave out Greg, though he was not our salesman. He made us feel comfortable the moment we stepped on the lot . I have no doubt if you are lucky enough to work with this team, you are in good hands.

It took me a little bit of time to write this review, but I wanted to make sure that I document and detail every moment of my experience. I reached out to Stivers and was routed to Krysta regarding a vehicle that I was interested in. Krysta was so helpful during our initial call. She answered all of my questions and she even video-chatted with me to showcase the vehicle as I lived a distance away from the dealership. After some time and contemplation, I reached out to Krysta again and she was able to schedule an appointment based on MY schedule. Unfortunately this was during a time period that she is usually not at the dealership, but she was willing to accommodate me....It gets better... In my excitement, I ended up coming on a different day (I know, I just randomly showed up). Krysta literally stopped what she was doing to meet me and discuss the vehicle. Due to my poor planning, the technicians were performing maintenance on the vehicle as it is Ford Certified and the vehicle was unavailable :( But it doesn't end here... With patience AND Krysta, the technicians were able to allow me to test drive the vehicle before the end of the day. I FELL IN LOVE!! I had to have her and I immediately transitioned into the purchasing process. Krysta along with Cody in the finance department really made the process so smooth. Sometimes people say that purchasing a vehicle is time consuming or they mention that they have to hassle with the salesperson regarding pricing or options. Just an all around stressful experience. THERE WAS NO HAGGLING IN THIS PROCESS. I asked for what I wanted and I got it. Cody was able to make everything work AND got me GREAT FINANCING! He literally was the icing on the cake! I have been so busy enjoying my new vehicle that I almost missed the opportunity to give the team their props for helping me purchase my baby! I LOVE IT!

Got my husbands dream car today! Krysta was amazing every step of the way. From an initial virtual tour to working patiently with us when insurance took its time getting us our money. She went above and beyond and made sure that we got a clean and full car when we left the lot. Greg at the front desk was welcoming and helpful.
