My husband and I just bought a 2023 F150 Lariat from Jay at Stivers . Our experience was great from start to finish. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Jay went above and beyond helping my husband from price to getting the truck like he wanted it. Cody in finance was also great. We was pleased with our experience at Stivers.

I purchased a VW from Stivers Ford in Birmingham. Autumn in sales and Cody in finance were more than helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. Things that impressed me were: 1. Communication: both of them answered their phones even after hours and on weekends - Above and beyond. 2. They weren’t able to offer me what I wanted for my trade in but got close enough. 3. Cody respected my strict monthly budget and was able to still get me added features whilst staying under budget. 4. I left the dealership without taking my old license plate with me and they cleaned it thoroughly and delivered it back to me in Tennessee. 5. There was an issue with the amount on the cheque that they sent my Tennessee clerks office, and Cody spent close to an hour on the phone with them at the end of his work day explaining and defending my position. Very honorable and much appreciated. I would say purchase a vehicle through these individuals, however I have no doubt that all Stivers Ford of Birmingham employees are as honorable and a delight to work with. Great job!

Let me go on and tell you this was the best car buying experience we have had. Krysta and Cody went above and beyond for us getting us exactly what we wanted. Krysta was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly the whole time we was there. She explained everything in detail and answered any questions we had. She offered us waters, snacks and candy while we waited. She made sure the car we purchased was detailed and had a full tank of gas before we left.
