Great service! Always a pleasure. This time I got to work with Brandon Montgomery and Eddie Johnson. Those two will do it right for you!!! Will return again for future car!

5/5 service! I went to get my oil changed and Eddie Johnson helped me and was so curteous and helpful! He went above and beyond and even made sure my pollen covered car got washed, free of charge! The waiting area was very nice as well. Plenty of snacks to choose from their self serve checkout. Made the hour drive from Rainbow City and will be doing it again!

Had a great experience working with GREG, MIKE, EDDIE and CARTER. GOOD FOLKS here!!

My experience at Stiver’s Ford was incredible! I am so great for the amazing service I given by both Eddie and my salesman Carter. I will definitely be recommending Stiver’s Ford to all my friends and family!

Late Saturday afternoon, February 8, 2025, my wife and I were stranded at a Flying J truck stop at the I-75 and I-20 split on the north side of Birmingham, AL in a broken-down 2013 Ford F150 with 351,000 miles on it. Compounding the problem, we had a boat in tow that we had purchased earlier in the day in Decatur, AL, and were on the way back home to Macon GA, 250 miles away. With my Coverage, AAA would tow our truck but would not tow our boat. We searched the internet to find the nearest Ford Dealership which was Stivers Ford dealership approximately 9 miles from where we were stranded. I called Stivers Ford (Jackson Willis) at 5:20 PM and explained our situation to him. Jackson said they would certainly help us out and he and Eddie Johnson came to our location in a new F250, and hauled us and our boat to their dealership, and AAA towed our broken-down truck to the dealership. Stivers Ford was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM, but 6 of their employees (Jackson Willis, Eddie Johnson, Avery Blackall, Joseph (Joey) Rigsby, Blake Lawson, and Asher Shurafa) stayed 4-5 hours past closing time, helping us to purchase a new truck. This was an exceptionally difficult transaction, as we were from out-of-state, and banks were all closed, but the Stivers’ team worked with us, arranged for financing, and we were able to finalize the purchase of a new F250 that night, and get back on the road around 11:30 PM CST, arriving home in Macon, GA at about 4:15 AM EST. We’ve never experienced, or even heard of, the type of exceptional service and sacrifice the Stivers’ team performed … simply amazing and well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect! (As a side note, it was Jackson Willis’ birthday) Thank you all very much! Jim & Diane Garrett
