Pretty good experience with this dealership- I had a good idea of what I wanted coming in (Ford Maverick), and our sales person Ethan was personable, friendly, and transparent during the whole process, working to give us the best loan rate he could find. I did end up getting an upgraded version of what he initially showed us, but that was after sleeping on it and figuring out what I was really interested in (I upsold myself a bit). I did end up getting what seemed to be a fair maintenance package I didn’t initially intend to, but it seems to cover any issues that might arise during the warranty period. Overall I enjoyed the minimal pressure approach & transparency from the folks I interacted with.
