Luke Sellers

This was my first time bringing my F150 to this location, I normally go to Long Lewis in Hoover. It’s safe to say this location will be where I will have all my services done on my truck. It was way easier to get in without the normal long wait as it is at the other location and the entire team there is extremely exceptional! Special shout out to my service advisor Luke Sellers, he was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone I know that drive Fords.

To be honest, I didn’t have a great experience with the service department in the past and had decided not to use them again. But my wife had an urgent issue and pulled in for help. Luke and his manager were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to get her what she needed. So I decided to give them a second chance (I figured maybe new location means new experience), and I’m really glad I did as I had a great experience on the Quick Lube side. I’ll be back for sure.

I’ve always had a great experience with Stivers. Luke was a big help recently and Joel has been a big help in the past. Great service center.
