My experience at Stivers Ford of Birmingham was very good. The service advisor, Shelby Parker, was kind, courteous and customer focused. I brought my vehicle in for an alignment, and she noticed it had a recall. Everything was taken care of in a little more than an hour. I had a pleasant experience.

I don't usually leave reviews because I rarely experience any service that exceeds expectations. With that said, I felt it was worth my time to leave one for Stivers Ford and their service department, my service advisor Ralph Tucci, and Suzanne Kief, whom I communicated with via email that happily and promptly answered my initial questions regarding the pick-up of my truck, usage of my Ford Pass Award Points and scheduling my appointment. Ralph kept me up to date with everything that needed to be done on my truck and sent me a video of why a wheel alignment is necessary, which was pretty awesome for someone that is not sure or familiar with what that is all about. Ralph never left me wondering what was happening or when they would be done. During the pick-up and drop-off of my truck, I was also sent a tracking text to see exactly where my truck was. My Ford Pass points covered the total cost of the entire process, and they encouraged me to send a coupon letter I had just received the day before, which saved me some of my Ford Pass points. I also received a free car fax report and lifelong access to the same for as long as I own my truck. I can't think of one thing I could ask to be done better or differently. Stivers has a good company culture, and it shows.

My 2017 Ford Expedition had some service needs so I took it to Stivers Ford because, one, it was close to my place of employment, but more importantly, because I've taken it there and had nothing but First Class Service. Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle from them, Ralph in the service department was quick to attend to my needs and also took care of some other items that I was not even aware of. Because my vehicle had to stay a couple of days, Ralph made sure I had a means of transportation until mine was ready. He also called me daily to update me on the progress and provide an estimated time of completion. Ralph and this group are Top Notch!

Ralph was great. Fantastic communication throughout the entire service process. Showed understanding and enthusiasm for the upgrade to my Bronco. The tech took his time and made sure that an unfamiliar product was installed correctly. Now my Bronco is riding high and smooth on these Birmingham roads.

We are on a long trip and had a electronics failure in our Escape just before reaching Birmingham. Ralph Tucci was extremely helpful in getting the problem diagnosed, the parts ordered, and the car fixed in a timely manner so our trip could continue. Fantastic service and ownership of my issue to help me out. Ralph was a true hero to us.
