What Started out with a Random phone call turned into one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had. I called very early in the morning and wasnt really expecting anyone to even answer that early. But to my surprise Mr. James Sparks (Sparky) did. Within my first few minutes of the conversation I knew that i was going to make the drive to Birmingham. I was immediately impressed with the overall appearance of the dealership. It wasn't but a few minutes before Mr Sparks introduced himself. He quickly went to work showing me a few vehicles that matched what i told him i was looking for. And it seemed like no time at all had passed before Sparky and the Staff had gotten me the deal i was hoping for but not expecting. When i left i can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have personally ever had. Not to mention i got the nicest Truck i have ever owned. Big Shout out to Mr James Sparks (Sparky). And the entire rest of the staff i dealt with during my purchase. And Ms Shelby Parker for reaching out after the sale to just see how everything went and continues to go. Most definitely will recommend to my family and friends. Thank each of you so much!!!!

I just bought a F150 from here. This was by far my most favorite car buying experience I’ve ever had. The price of the truck I got couldn’t get any better, and my sales rep Sparky Sparks was awesome. He was extremely helpful, transparent and polite. All the other staff I spoke with and was greeted by was very outgoing, welcoming and polite. I DIDN’T have ANY bs fee’s you normally see buying cars from dealerships which was my main concern. Thanks Stivers. I’m loving my truck.

I had the best experience from the beginning. We started with Sparky and he had an emergency but he passed us to Marquis. Marquis was hands down the best at salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was polite, professional and made sure we were happy. I will definitely buy another car from him. Greg and the gentleman in finance were top notch and overly accommodating.
