Sparky Sparks is the man baby! I turned in my crv , got a GREAT trade in price. He let me test drive it alone which is rare and appreciated from the buyer. I also went at 6:35pm and fyi they close at 7pm, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and everyone stayed late to ensure I got my keys for the car I wanted that night and could drive it home . Amazing experience at ford, definitely recommend

This is a first class dealer. It started with good, prompt communication from the beginning. The salesman Sparky Sparks is a very experienced guy who understands how to take care of the customer and provides exactly what is needed without any pushy sales tactics. Colton the sales manager was also responsive and very reasonable to my requests. I flew from out of town to buy a car from them and had never done this before. I was picked up at my hotel by Sparky and brought to the dealership to complete the deal and get on the road as soon as possible. Everything went smoother than I imagined it would and the numbers lined up perfectly. I was happy with the vehicle and entire experience from start to finish. These guys have integrity and do business the right way. I would send family and friends to Stivers Ford in Birmingham AL.
