I honestly had the most easy purchasing experience I’ve ever had with a work truck and I don’t even live in the same state. My original call to the commercial division went to voicemail and I left a message. Richard called me back right away and put me in contact with a commercial sales rep, Bronson. The price advertised online was accurate. I needed to make some modifications to the truck and Bronson got those taken care of ASAP. I was actually surprised how fast he turned around those modifications. I was then passed to Taylor in finance and did everything virtually since I live in FL. Overall it was a smooth process with a few minor hiccups. However Taylor got everything finished up in a day and the deal was done. Bronson got the truck loaded with a freight company and I had my truck next day in Florida. Everything was done as promised and it came with a full tank of gas, gotta love it. Will consider these guys for my new work truck purchase as they had very fair pricing compared to other dealers I spoke with
