I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May of 2024. Drove almost 5 hours to purchase it. I could tell upon arrival that this dealership was in the midst of some changes. I could also tell that the vehicle didn’t have the proper maintenance to be on the lot. Purchasing the added warranty, I left with the purchased vehicle. Within weeks I realized that the vehicle had a few issues that would need repair to have it at the condition it should be. I took it to the local dealership to have these items repaired. After a few days I was informed that two costly items were not covered under the warranty. I contacted Stivers Ford and was rerouted to an amazing asset to Stivers, YAHIA. Not only did YAHIA listen to me, but was sincerely committed and concerned about what was transpiring and what had transpired. YAHIA jumped into action in getting the details and conversed with the repairing dealership, never leaving me in the dark or out of the loop. YAHIA got the repairs done and took care of the bill to do so. After having a poor taste in my mouth about the purchase I had made, YAHIA proved that one person can change that all around, going above and beyond. I may have to drive almost 5 hours again for my next vehicle purchase. As a side note, I had started my interaction over the phone with a salesperson, Monica. When I arrived, Monica was no longer at the dealership. I would like to add to this review how amazing she was. It’s not the salesperson that sold me the vehicle, but I wish it had been. She had a high moral, ethical and transparent integrity that I believe an asset to Stivers.
